We are a game shop in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin who has expanded into web sales. There are real gamers in shop and real products on our store floor and stockroom. In fact, over $100,000 of inventory is awaiting your purchase. We are no fly by night basement operation offering huge discounts. We have been selling online for over 7 years now and stand by our customer service record. There is a full-time staff for both the store and the online sales.

Customer Service
- We offer low cost priority mail shipping option to all continental US addresses. We mainly use USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives in 2-5 business days depending on your location. We are located in Wisconsin (Mid-west USA).
Many orders ship within 24 hours but some orders we will ship within 72 hours as we replenish stock. We stock nearly $100,000 in inventory and receive daily shippments from 3 distributors, so you can be assured of faster service with use If an item is on backorder we will let you know via e-mail and give you the option to remove the item from your order.
If you want faster delivery, you can select Express Shipping from USPS or UPS. You can have your package shipped USPS Express (normally 1 day delivery to about 85% of the US, 2 days max). But remember, this will only shorten the time it takes to deliver from our warehouse - if we had to get your item from our distributor, delivery to you may still take more than the 2 days.
For overseas residence, please review our Foreign Policy below before ordering. - We ship using the fastest, most economic method possible--usually USPS Air Mail. Overseas shipping normally cost between $15.00 - $35.00 depending on the size and weight of your order.
You will be responsible for any additional duties, tariffs, taxes, or any other fees charged by your customs office. NOTE: These days many customs offices hold your package without notice! Remember to check there first.
We recomend you use the PayPal payment service to pay for your order if you don't live in the USA as it will speed up your order verification. If you don't have a paypal account you can still use their credit card processing which is less problematic for foreign customers.
If you use your credit card during out site checkout, it may fail in our security check for many reasons. While we'd gladly ship to you, your credit card has to process properly first. If you have a problem, please contact your bank.
NOTE: Sometimes failed attempts (declines) will show up on your online statement at your bank as complete. But this is only an reserve and will go away in a few days. Do not be alarmed.
Sorry, but we no longer ship to any order to the following countries due to excessive fraud: Indonesia, Nigeria, Samoa, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Brazil, Russia.
We cannot insure delivery, and thus offer NO REFUNDS for orders to the following countries due to excessive theft/loss (Order at your own risk): Argentina, Italy, Central African Republic, South Africa, India, Iran, Norway. - We collect personal information that you provide when using th this website. This information includes your first and last name, email address and a password when you create your account.
You can browse this site and even checkout without creating an account, but you will need to provide perosnal information to complete your order. We recomend you create an account to take advantage of certain features, such as Save for Later, Wishlists, Notices, Newsletters, Reviews and Address Book and other services.
We may ask you to confirm your personal information when you contact our Customer Service department. This will allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity.

A 15% restocking fee is charged if you have no reason to return the goods. You may only return product within 30 days of your order and only if it is in new/resellable condition.
