We value our relationship with our customers. We want to serve and build a relationship with you and the rest of the worldwide gaming community. We have a huge selection of all sorts of products. With the largest selection of dice in the Mid-West and all the newest products (and custom unique ones), we hope to keep you coming back on a regular basis. If we don't have it on the shelf, we can backorder it and have it in a few days for you.
We also own the RPGHost Network of resource sites for gamers, including the very popular RPGSheets.com, RPGNews.com and our RPGLife.com. One of the owners of our stores was also the founder / pioneer of the largest RPG eBook site on the web: RPGNow.com where you can get many quality books as PDF downloads that never make it to print. And don't forget out illustrious parners at Minion Games - developers of fine board games and board game accessories!
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer low cost priority mail shipping option to all continental US addresses. We mainly use USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives in 2-4 business days depending on your location. We are located in Wisconsin (Mid-west USA).
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (weekends not included) but some orders may take a few extra business days as we replenish stock. We stock nearly $100,000 in inventory and receive daily shipments from 3 distributors, so you can be assured of faster service with us.
If you want faster delivery, you can select Express Shipping from USPS. You can have your package shipped USPS Express (normally 1 day delivery to about 85% of the US, 2 days max). But remember, this will only shorten the time it takes to deliver from our warehouse - if we had to get your item from our distributor, delivery to you may still take more than the 2 days.

Foreign Shipping Policies
- We ship using the fastest, most economic method possible--usually USPS Air Mail. Overseas shipping normally costs between $15.00 - $45.00 depending on the size and weight of your order.
You will be responsible for any additional duties, tariffs, taxes, or any other fees charged by your customs office. NOTE: These days many customs offices hold your package without notice! Remember to check there first.
We recomend you use the PayPal payment service to pay for your order if you don't live in the USA as it will speed up your order verification. If you don't have a paypal account you can still use their credit card processing which is less problematic for foreign customers.
If you use your credit card during out site checkout, it may fail in our security check for many reasons. While we'd gladly ship to you, your credit card has to process properly first. If you have a problem, please contact your bank.
NOTE: Sometimes failed attempts (declines) will show up on your online statement at your bank as complete. But this is only an reserve and will go away in a few days. Do not be alarmed.
We cannot insure delivery, and thus offer no refunds for orders to the following countries due to excessive theft/loss (Order at your own risk): Argentina, Italy, Central African Republic, South Africa, India, Iran.

Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted with pre-authorization and at no charge if a mistake was made that was our fault or on damaged product. Should you change your mind after purchasing, we will accept the return, however a 20% restocking fee will be charged and you will need to pay return shipping.
